The service

Untoo is a shared money space for couples: manual and AI-assisted logging of expenses and income, savings goals, spending categories, and settle-up tracking. Untoo is a record of what you type — it does not move money, connect to banks, or provide financial advice.

Your account and your couple

You need an account to use Untoo. A space is shared by exactly two partners with equal access: both see and can edit the shared data, and neither is the administrator of the other. Only invite someone you're comfortable sharing this data with.

Subscriptions

Untoo's core (manual logging, one goal, pairing, recap, settle) is free. Premium unlocks AI capture, unlimited goals and recurring rules, and full history. One subscription covers both partners. Billing is handled by Apple or Google under their terms; manage or cancel in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering of paid gates, or use that breaks the law where you live.

Leaving

You can uncouple or delete your account anytime in Settings. Shared history is never destroyed unilaterally: if your partner remains, they keep a read-only archive of the shared record.

Warranty & liability

Untoo is provided "as is". We work hard to keep your data safe and available, but we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on figures in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
